I'm an Executive Coach and Organizational Development Consultant with 15+ years driving meaningful change inside global brands, nonprofits, and startups.
My path has been anything but traditional — from leading wilderness trips and international service learning, to building Social Impact programs at Yahoo, adidas, Discord, and Columbia Sportswear. I've always believed that business can be a powerful force for good, when led with intention.
